Vanessa Castro

Vanessa Castro is an experienced professional in customer operations and electronic data interchange with a strong background in order management and sales support. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Associate at Speedo since March 2024, responsibilities include utilizing the SAP ERP system for EDI orders, managing order confirmations, and overseeing delay management.
