Serene Cai

Serene Cai is a communications professional with over five years of experience in the industry. Serene is currently the Co-Founder at Speedoc, a startup that provides on-demand healthcare services. Prior to that, they were with Wunderman as a Junior Planner, Grasshopper Pte Ltd as Communications Manager and T\PR as an Associate Account Executive.

Serene has a keen interest in social media and was one of the first in their previous company to start uploading videos on social media to increase user engagement. This soon became a trend across the whole of APAC for that client's regional pages. Serene is also experienced in market research, loyalty programs and preparing for pitches.

Serene holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University. In their free time, they enjoy reading and spending time with their family and friends.

Serene Cai has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Serene also has certification from SMU Academy in Advanced Certification in Data Protection Operational Excellence Module 1: A Practical Approach to Data Protection for DPOs.

Serene Cai reports to Shravan Verma, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Fahir Khiard - Medical Director, Guang Yu Liu - Product & Research Lead, and Michelle Wong - Director of Business Development.
