Josh Thornton

Josh Thornton has been in the tech industry since 2007. Josh began their career as a Network/Systems Administrator at Infinity Network Solutions, where they also completed an internship. Josh then moved to Everytech in 2009, where they held the same role. In 2010, they founded fusion Network Solutions, a technology consulting and support company for SMBs. Josh ran the company with three full-time employees until they decided to pursue a more technical career path and sold the company. In 2014, they held two concurrent roles as a Systems Engineer at both VMware and VMware AirWatch. Josh then moved to GE Digital in 2016, where they were a Senior SRE/Developer. In 2018, they joined The Home Depot as a Staff SRE/Developer and Senior SRE/Developer. In 2019, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Flourish Software, and they are currently an Engineer at Speedscale.

Josh Thornton attended Georgia College & State University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems. Josh returned to the same school in 2007 to pursue a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, which they completed in 2008.
