Vigan Disha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process outsourcing, trade relations, and management consulting. As Co-Founder of BPO Summit, Vigan promotes the Republic of Kosova as a hub for near-shoring services and engages with stakeholders to share industry insights. Serving as Managing Director of the Swiss-Kosovar Business Association, Vigan enhances trade and investment ties between Swiss and Kosovar businesses. Vigan also holds positions as Executive Advisor at SPEEEX, Managing Partner at Disha Consultants Group, ISO Auditor at TUV Nord, and Founder of Management Development Academy. Previous roles include Managing Director at Rhenum and SPEEEX Education, and a specialist at IMF KosInvest. Vigan’s educational background includes a Bachelor's in Economics and Management, a Master's in International Supply Chain Management, and a PhD in International Economics.
