Carolin Leffler

Carolin Leffler currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Speekly since October 2022. Prior to this role, Carolin was the Head of Digital Solutions at Convidera GmbH from December 2020 to October 2022 and worked as an AI Managerin at Fraunhofer IAIS from September 2019 to December 2020. Carolin has extensive experience at Convidera GmbH, having held positions as a Consultant, Junior Consultant, and Trainee Consultant between September 2016 and August 2019. Carolin began a professional journey at PRICEWATERHOUSE COOPERS as a Praktikantin in Personalentwicklung in 2015 and contributed as a Freie Mitarbeiterin at grow.up. Managementberatung GmbH from May 2013 to December 2014. Carolin obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Technische Universität Darmstadt, completing studies from 2013 to 2016.
