Ivan Košalko

Ivan Košalko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. As the Owner of Košalko Consulting s.r.o. since May 2015, Ivan focuses on enhancing the potential of organizations by understanding and leveraging their human capital. In addition to consulting, Ivan serves as a Business Coach at Speexx and a Distribution Partner at 5next, facilitating the synergy between unique strengths and business development skills. Previous leadership roles include Plant Manager at IFÖ CERAMICS AB and Managing Director at multiple companies within the PPC Insulators Group. Ivan holds an MBA in Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science in Chemical and Food Technology from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, complemented by continuous professional development in coaching.
