Marc Lustig is the founder of Scaled Intent Leadership and serves as a BAFA Unternehmensberater. With extensive experience as an Agile Coach across various organizations, including Allianz, BMW Group, and Porsche AG, Marc has focused on enhancing profitability and implementing agile methodologies. They are an ICF PCC and CPCC certified professional, as well as an internationally recognized speaker and mentor coach. Currently, Marc also contributes as an Executive Leadership Coach at bettercoach and holds additional coaching roles at Speexx and Sharpist.
