Lars Stummeyer is an experienced professional in transformation and strategic business development, currently serving as a Transformation Manager at Speira since January 2021, leading a 100 million EUR improvement program and managing a PMO-like team. Prior to this, Stummeyer held the position of Head of Digital Transformation at HYDRO ALUMINIUM ROLLED PRODUCTS LIMITED from January 2019 to January 2021, and served as Head of Projects at Hydro Aluminium Rolled Products GmbH from March 2014 to December 2018, overseeing commercial projects, including the new Automotive line and a used-beverage-can recycling plant.
