David Lott has over 18 years of experience in customer success, product, and marketing roles. David began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager at Total Circulation Services. David then moved to Bedbathstore.com in 2002, where they served as Customer Service Operations Manager. In 2005, they joined Ford Models as an Agent & Director of Client Services/Customer Success & Ford Music. In 2012, they began working at GoSpotCheck as VP of Customer Success, and at Feelday as Director of Social Media & Digital Marketing. David also worked as a Marketing consultant, Teacher, & Guitarist for Karen K & The Jitterbugs/JitterbugsMusic. From 2016 to 2019, David worked at Ipsos as a Data Analytics Technology Consultant, Agility Recovery as Director, Product, Director, Customer Success/Strategic Account Management, and SMB Customer Success/Account Manager.
