Jaclyn Freeman Hester

Jaclyn Freeman Hester is a seasoned legal and business professional with extensive experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Foundry since May 2016, Jaclyn is also a Kauffman Fellow from Class 25 at Kauffman Fellows, beginning in June 2020. Previously, Jaclyn held positions as an Associate Attorney at Perkins Coie LLP and Baker & Hostetler LLP, focusing on business law and emerging companies. Leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director at Startup Colorado and roles at the University of Colorado Boulder in research and entrepreneurial law. Jaclyn holds a JD/MBA from the University of Colorado and a B.B.A. from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
