Jeff Madrak

Jeff Madrak has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Freelance E-Commerce Web Developer in 2013. In 2014, they took on roles as a Design Engineer & Legal Strategist for Wolf App, a Summer Associate for Zimmermann und Partner Patentanwälte, and a Legal Trainee for the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic at Santa Clara University School of Law. In 2015, they were an Intellectual Property Intern for Apollo Education Group and a Summer Associate for Hickman Palermo Becker Bingham LLP, where they prepared and prosecuted patent applications. From 2016 to 2022, they were an Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, and Internet Law attorney for Hickman Becker Bingham Ledesma LLP, as well as a Charter Member for TechGC. Most recently, they became an Assistant General Counsel for Spekit in 2022.

Jeff Madrak obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2016, specializing in Intellectual Property. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University in 2013. In 2016, they were certified as an Attorney by the State Bar of California, and as a Registered Patent Agent by the USPTO.
