Sr. Partner Success Manager- CSP Control Center at Spektra Systems

Pradeep Kumar has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Pradeep started their career in 2015 as a Network Engineer at Sify Technologies Limited, where they worked on cloud networking projects. In 2016, they joined Spektra Systems as a Partner Success Manager for their CSP Control Center project. This cloud platform is designed specifically for Microsoft CSP Partners, allowing them to distribute, sell, bill, and provision cloud solutions. Pradeep held this role until July 2021, when they transitioned to the position of Senior Partner Success Manager at the same company.

Pradeep Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Triveni Memo. Sr. Sec. School in Bahadurgarh from 2006 to 2008 to complete their High School education.

In addition to their formal education, Pradeep Kumar has obtained several certifications. Pradeep obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft in December 2021. In February 2021, they became the "MSUS Cloud Skills Challenge Champion" certified by Microsoft. Pradeep obtained the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in October 2020.

Furthermore, they achieved the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification in February 2019 and became a "Microsoft Certified Professional" and "Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)" in April 2017. Pradeep also holds the "Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)" certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2023.

Additionally, Pradeep Kumar has participated in training courses such as "Enabling Office 365 Services" and "Managing Office 365 Identities and Requirements," both provided by Microsoft. The specific months and years of completion for these courses are not provided.
