Bethany Nothstein's work experience is as follows:

- From July 2021 to the present, they have been working at Spektrix as a Sector Strategy and Community Manager, North America.

- From March 2021 to August 2021, they worked at Spektrix as an Account Manager and Sector Strategist.

- From January 2019 to March 2021, they were an Account Manager at Spektrix.

- From April 2017 to December 2018, they worked at RPM as a Promotions and Partnerships Manager, where they initiated and facilitated marketing efforts, promotional opportunities, and partnerships.

- From June 2012 to April 2017, they worked at Playwrights Horizons as a Marketing Manager, providing oversight and support for the Marketing Department and managing ticketing and season package reporting.

- From September 2011 to June 2012, they worked as a Marketing Apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company.

- From January 2011 to May 2011, they worked as a Special Events Intern at Roundabout Theatre Company, where they planned and organized Broadway and Off-Broadway Opening Night performances and parties.
