Robert Illing

Robert Illing has a diverse work experience in the software engineering and development industry. Robert is currently working at Spektrix as a Software Engineering Manager since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Netacea as the Head of Delivery from June 2021 to April 2022. Robert was also the Head of Engineering at ResponseTap from January 2020 to May 2021. Robert held the position of Head of Research and Development at Autocab Ltd from August 2018 to January 2020.

Before that, Robert worked at ASE Global as the Head of Software Development / Interim IT director from October 2016 to July 2018. Robert founded their own software and database development company, Houndskull Solutions Ltd., in October 2013, where they worked as a Director until October 2016.

Robert Illing attended Oldham College from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they enrolled at The University of Salford where they studied but did not obtain a degree. In August 2011, Illing obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG.
