Francesca W. is a therapist dedicated to helping wounded empaths transition from burnout to empowerment. They are the founder of Lavender Leisure®, a wellness brand aimed at providing Black women with respite through luxury retreats and business coaching. With experience as an Executive Coach at Grow Dialogue and various roles in academic and student engagement at institutions such as Columbia University and NYU, Francesca brings a wealth of knowledge to their practice. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of College Counseling at The Spence School and as a Mind-Body-Soul Associate Psychotherapist at Shadowlight Center.
