Jon Barney

Jon Barney is a Global Aerospace Defense & National Security Leader at Spencer Stuart, where they leverage over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Previously, Jon held senior roles at various prestigious firms, including managing director positions at Avascent and Korn Ferry, and served as an executive director at Russell Reynolds Associates. They began their career as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy and are an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy and Harvard Business School. Jon also actively contributes to several boards, including Easterseals DC MD VA and the National Defense Industrial Association.
