Michael Mantis

Michael Mantis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and asset management. Currently serving as a Partner at Spencer Stuart since 2011, Michael leads the EMEA Private Markets practice, focusing on search and advisory across Private Equity, Infrastructure/Energy, Real Assets, and Hybrid Capital strategies. Prior to this role, Michael was a Consultant overseeing the Private Equity and Asset Management Practice in Australia and New Zealand. Michael’s experience also includes positions as Director at CFC International, where responsibilities included expanding operations through new licensing, and Director of Equity Finance at RBS, managing a significant private equity fund. Early career roles include positions as Associate Director in structured finance and an analyst at Goldman Sachs, alongside an internship at Morgan Stanley. Michael holds both an MA in Finance and Investment and a BA (Hons) in Law & Management Economics from the University of Exeter.
