Victor Vignale

Victor Vignale is a consultant at Spencer Stuart, where they work with clients across Peru and Latin America, leveraging extensive expertise in executive search within various sectors, including banking, telecommunications, and marketing. With a background that includes roles as managing partner and board member at a local executive search firm, Victor has served a diverse clientele ranging from multinationals to startups. They began their career at AT&T in Lima and have held positions in key account management and business development at notable companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks and IDT Corporation. Victor holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Universidad Ricardo Palma, as well as additional studies in negotiation and marketing from UCLA and an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Fluent in Spanish and English, Victor also has basic proficiency in German.
