Charlotte Cavoit

Charlotte Cavoit is a User Care Specialist at Spendesk since August 2022, responsible for addressing user queries related to various issues such as payments and product inquiries, while also co-owning the initiative for saved replies. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked at Shine from July 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included assisting active users and developing a training process for newcomers. Additional experience includes freelance customer care roles at YEGO from August 2020 to May 2022 and logistical coordination and animation for events at Pass Zen Services from September 2020 to July 2022. Charlotte holds a Master 1 in MEEF anglais second degré from the University of Pau and Adour Countries, attained in 2020, and a Licence in English language and literature from the same institution, completed in 2018.
