Rob Geronimo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rob began their career in 2002 at InfoNXX Philippines, where they started as a team member and eventually became a team manager. Rob then joined DTSI as a Business Development Supervisor, leading frontline marketing, sales, and customer services. In 2006, Rob moved to Dell as a Shift Manager, where they managed call center projects and led multiple teams. Rob also worked at 24/7 Customer as a Team Leader, overseeing daily call center operations.

In 2010, Rob joined FIS as an Assistant Manager, where they migrated and managed US Healthcare accounts, hired and trained frontliners, and led various teams. Rob then took on the role of Business Manager-Consultant at Algorhythm Call Center, providing consultancy services.

In 2017, Rob joined SPENN Technology as a Customer Service Team Lead and Consultant, where they focused on business development for customer service start-up operations and process engineering. Rob later joined PHX Communications as a Team Consultant in 2019 and became a Business Development Consultant at Solid Waste Care Inc. in 2020, working with a start-up company.

Currently, Rob is serving as the Clover Envoy (Philippines) at Clover Digital Nation. Clover is a social movement that aims to transform lives through technology, blockchain, and AI innovations. Rob's role involves representing Clover in the Philippines and driving its mission.

Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in customer service, team management, process improvement, and business development.

Rob Geronimo attended De La Salle University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a 5-year college-level education in Liberal Arts and Sciences, focusing on General Studies and Humanities.
