Player Support Shift Lead at Sperasoft

André Costa has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. In 2009, they worked as an Operador de Animação at Funcenter, where they operated various amusement park equipment. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Dinamizador de Vendas at Selplus, responsible for sales promotion. In 2016, they joined Alchemic Dream - A Keywords Studio as a Customer Support Specialist. André then moved to G2A.COM in 2017, where they worked as a Customer Support Specialist for LATAM and English-speaking customers. In 2018, André became a Partnered Twitch Streamer, streaming under the channel Costadinov. Their most recent role is as a Player Support Shift Lead at Sperasoft since September 2019.

In 2004, André Costa began their education at Escola Secundária de Amora, where they pursued a degree in Ensino Secundário with a field of study in Humanidades. André completed this program in 2006.

Later, in 2015, André Costa returned to Escola Secundária de Amora for further education. André pursued a degree in Secundário with a field of study still in Humanidades. André successfully completed this program in 2019.

Additionally, André Costa obtained some certifications outside of their formal education. In July 2015, they received the EFSET 73 Proficient (CEFR C2) certification from EF Education First. Furthermore, in May 2023, they obtained the Helpshift Adoption Specialist certification from the Helpshift Onboarding & Adoption Team Player Engagement institution.
