Anton Kabanov

Anton Kabanov has a strong background in the software development industry, with experience in both technical and leadership roles. Anton first started their career at Lamantin Studio in 2007, where they worked as a Web Software Developer, building PHP and MySQL driven websites and web applications. Anton successfully delivered multiple projects and contributed to the growth of the company. In 2010, they were promoted to Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building mobile-friendly websites, complex content management systems, and application programming interfaces. Anton communicated with clients and external teams to gather requirements and prioritize tasks.

In 2013, Anton joined Sperasoft as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. Anton led a group of developers using the Scrum methodology and coordinated work with QA engineers, designers, analysts, and integrators. Anton also worked closely with project managers and product owners for sprint planning and grooming. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of Associate Technical Director, where they took on additional responsibilities such as pre-sale activities, establishing processes, driving internal and external communications, and controlling team health, task progression, and delivery. Anton also led a group of developers as part of a larger distributed team for The Elder Scrolls: Blades project.

Currently, Anton holds the position of Technical Director at Sperasoft, which they started in January 2022. Their main responsibilities include overseeing ongoing projects, supervision, situational steering, and driving client relationships. With their extensive experience and leadership skills, Anton has been instrumental in the success and growth of the companies they have worked for.

Anton Kabanov pursued their education from 2003 to 2008 at Saint Petersburg State University, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
