Yana Gunenko

Yana Gunenko has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Yana currently works as a Talent Manager at Sperasoft, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, Yana worked at Gazprom Neft as a Human Resources Business Partner from November 2019 to March 2021, and as a Compensation Benefits Specialist from May 2018 to November 2019. Before joining Gazprom Neft, they worked as an Analyst at the HR Department of Rostelecom from December 2016 to May 2018. Yana also has experience as a Recruiter, having worked at Lenta and Brainpower - BPI Group. At Lenta, they managed more than 25 open roles simultaneously and was responsible for screening resumes, managing applications, and coordinating the flow of candidates. At Brainpower - BPI Group, Yana worked on projects in fields such as Life&Science and Construction, managing 13 open roles concurrently.

Yana Gunenko earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Siberian Federal University in 2014. Yana then continued their education at Siberian Federal University and obtained a Master's degree in History from 2014 to 2016.
