Spero exists to redefine what modern financial leadership looks like. We deliver finance at an institutional standard, with the discretion of a true white glove partner, engineered around AI from the ground up.

We bring senior judgment, controls, and discipline with the precision of a seasoned professional services firm. We embed alongside founders, families, GPs, and allocators as trusted stewards of capital, strategy, and scale, not as a panel of vendors to be coordinated.

By combining human judgment with AI analysis, we move faster, see deeper, and surface clarity where traditional finance teams rely on lagging indicators and manual effort. Clients experience the confidence of a senior finance team that knows their business intimately, while benefiting from systems that continuously learn, adapt, and scale.

Four businesses. One standard.

• Spero Family. A fractional family office for wealthy individuals and family offices. PFS, budget and spend, reporting, and tax coordination, all handled in house.
• Spero CFO. Fractional CFO leadership for founders and executive teams. Modeling and board reporting, embedded.
• Spero Fund Administration. A back office for GPs and fund managers. Onboarding, capital events, compliance, investor relations, audit support, and K-1 coordination.
• Spero Tax Mitigation. Vetted tax mitigation opportunities sourced through strategic partners, with Spero providing oversight, reporting, and CFO infrastructure.

Every engagement runs on Spero Intelligence, our operating layer built natively on AI, connected to the books, the bank, the cap table, and the people running the business. Ready for audit, and quietly precise.

High touch. High trust. Intelligently engineered for what comes next.
