Will Cushing

Will Cushing, CPA, is currently the Senior Director of Corporate Counsel at Spero Therapeutics. Previously, they served as a Senior Associate at A&L Goodbody, advising U.S. companies on mergers and acquisitions, and worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte, focusing on tax strategies for private equity. Will also held positions at Brown Rudnick LLP and completed a legal internship with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. They hold a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Master’s in Accounting/Tax from the University of Notre Dame, where they graduated cum laude.
