Bryce Olsen

Bryce Olsen is the VP of Personnel Development at Spero, where they utilize extensive experience in employee development and training to assist BYU Pathways students and graduates worldwide in acquiring tech jobs and enhancing their professional skills. They previously served as Chief of Employee Development at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, leading national programs, and held the role of Director of Learning & Development at the VA Eastern Colorado Healthcare System. Bryce also has experience as a Physical Therapist, providing care across various settings, and began their career as a Mandarin Zone Coordinator and teacher at Brigham Young University. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine.
