John Fitzsimons

John Fitzsimons is an experienced professional in embedded systems, currently serving as the Director of Embedded Systems at Sperry Rail Inc. since May 2018, where responsibilities include guiding daily activities and strategic direction of the Embedded Systems group. Fitzsimons has held notable positions such as Embedded Software Team Lead at FAST/Kitchen Brains and Independent Contractor at Solarlog, along with leadership roles at IAC as Director of Software Engineering and Turtle Beach as VP of Software Development & IT. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Development Test Engineer at Microsoft and a Software Engineer at Bloomberg LP, among others. Fitzsimons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
