Spescare is a private sub-acute hospital group focused on providing physical rehabilitation and post-operative care in a hospital setting. Spescare was founded to develop the sorely needed sub-acute healthcare services, throughout Southern Africa.  

In ancient Roman history, the word “Spes” represented “Hope”.  Therefore, Spescare’s aim is to combine hope with care into our healthcare system. In order to do so, Spescare provides holistic and comprehensive care programs for the physical rehabilitation process.
