Spexalink is a global executive coaching matchmaking platform that de-risks senior leadership transitions.

We connect promotion-bound leaders — CEOs, CXOs, VPs, and emerging executives — with elite veteran coaches who have 25-30+ years of corporate leadership at organisations like NASA, Google, Apple, Microsoft, PayPal, Airbnb, and American Express.

Our coaches don't just coach. They've held the seat. They've navigated the politics. They've led the transformation. That's why senior leaders trust them.

THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
40-50% of senior leader placements fail within 18 months. Each failure costs $3.7M-$5.7M in lost productivity, replacement, and stalled strategy. Most leaders get zero structured transition support in the first 90-180 days — exactly when they need it most.

HOW IT WORKS
We partner with boutique executive search firms, HR consultancies, PE/VC talent partners, and family offices who are already in the room when leadership decisions are made. When their clients hire or promote a senior leader, we match that leader with a veteran coach from our bench. The leader gets peer-level transition support. The partner earns a commission. The placement sticks.

WHO WE SERVE
For Partners: Add post-placement coaching to your service without building a coaching practice. Earn on every engagement. Paid within 24 hours.

For Coaches: End the client acquisition treadmill. Join our bench and receive pre-qualified senior leader clients delivered to you. You set your price. You coach. We handle the rest.

For Leaders: Get matched with someone who has held your exact seat at a world-class organisation. Not a career coach. Not a wellness platform. A peer who has been where you are going.

Spexalink Media Network — Leadership isn't just a hire. It's a business outcome.
