Derek Simpson

Derek Simpson is currently the Director of Debt Advisory at SPF Private Clients, a position held since 2020. Previously, they served as Senior Director at Santander UK from 2007 to 2018, where they were also the Head of Origination Real Estate Finance. They began their career at the Bank of Scotland, holding the title of Associate Director from 2001 to 2004. Derek completed their education at Uddingston Grammar School from 1981 to 1986.
