Nate Lloyd, MSEd., BCBA, is a board certified behavior analyst and experienced leader with a passion for facilitating knowledge transfer and skill acquisition. They have designed and implemented organization-wide training programs on trauma-informed practices and multidisciplinary collaboration. Nate served as a Program Manager at Oakland Unified School District, where they trained and coached school staff on behavior management and addressing bias in discipline. Currently, Nate is the Co-Director of Family and Farm Operations at Lligby Farms, where they focus on raising their children and managing a household during a pandemic, alongside caring for 11 rescue animals. Nate holds a Master of Science in Education from Hunter College and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at The Evergreen State College.
