Chris Austria has a diverse work experience in the research and analytics field. Chris started their career as a Group Benefits Analyst at Hantz Group in 2013. Chris then moved to Ipsos in North America where they worked in various roles including Research Analyst, Senior Project Manager, and Account Manager from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they joined SPH Analytics as a Project Director.
Chris Austria earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from John Carroll University. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Questionnaire Design for Social Surveys from Coursera.
