Jeffrey Worst has over 30 years of work experience. Jeffrey began their career in 1986 as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., where they lead a group of six consultants on various tasks for the Department of Defense and brought in over $10 million in business. In 2006, they joined MTS Technologies as a Software Engineer/Requirements Analyst, where they worked with US government clients to elicit, analyze, and document system requirement specifications for highly sensitive enterprise applications. In 2007, they moved to Fusion Systems Group as a Software Engineer/Project Manager. During their time there, they worked as a project manager for Tokyo security firm initiatives and successfully deployed Raptor into production for trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and two PTS venues in January 2012. In 2015, they joined SPHER Inc. as the Vice President of Technology, where they were in charge of the full technology and support stack, including software development, infrastructure, customer support, and customer onboarding.

Jeffrey Worst received their Bachelor's Degree in Education from Wheelock College in 1979. Jeffrey then attended Columbia University, where they earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology in 1984. In 1985, they began their PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at The George Washington University and completed it in 1989. In 2002, they earned an MS in Information Technology from Virginia Tech. Jeffrey also attended Octorara High School.
