Dr. Sandy Smith

Dr. Sandy Smith is an expert in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), currently serving as the EHSS Vice President for the EMEA and APAC regions at Sphera since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Smith was the Managing Director for thinkstep in the UK from February 2013 to January 2020 and held the position of Consultancy Services Director at PE International between January 2011 and February 2013. In 2011, Dr. Smith also served as Managing Director at SJS Consulting. Earlier experience includes the role of Director at Sustain Ltd from April 2002 to December 2010. Dr. Smith earned a PhD in LCA and an MSc in Environmental Management, Policy and Planning from the University of Bath, with studies completed between 1996 and 2002.
