James Pearson is currently the Director of Sphera Compliance at Sphera. Prior to this, James held various product management and engineering roles at companies such as thinkstep and Ramboll Environ. With a background in environmental consultancy and biological science, James has extensive experience in developing and implementing tools and systems for global enterprise recycling and environmental management.
