Reg's previous roles include Shift Supervisor and Changeover and Day Supervisor at Novartis, as well as Coach and Training Consultant at Petrotechnics, where they developed and implemented training programs. They hold multiple certifications from AIChE and have a foundation in mechanical engineering from Grimsby College.
