Thomas Motzer

Thomas Motzer is a seasoned professional in corporate sustainability consulting with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consulting Manager at Sphera since January 2019, Thomas manages complex sustainability projects and fosters client engagement in CSR/ESG reporting. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at thinkstep, where sustainability systems were implemented across various sectors, and Senior Sustainability Consultant at PE International AG, focusing on GHG monitoring. A former Product Manager for sustainability management software, Thomas also has experience in academia as a lecturer and researcher at Universität Mannheim.
