Simon Masters is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in building and leading human resources functions within start-up and scale-up environments, particularly in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Fractional People Director at Sphere since October 2024, Simon previously held the position of Group Director of People & Talent at Shieldpay from May 2019 to October 2024, where an award-winning, data-driven HR team was established. Career highlights include overseeing global recruitment functions at Legal & General Investment Management and developing scalable HR systems at Jump Trading and Morgan Stanley.
