Pascal Mélois started their career in 2011 as a Cadracteur for Cadraction. Pascal then moved to CONSULTANT SOURCING NANTES as a Directeur Produits in the same year. In 2012, they joined SPhere Distribution as the Responsable d'éveloppement produits et marketing.

Pascal Mélois attended Université de Rennes I, where they obtained a DUT in Génie Mécanique et Productique.
