Drew Buffardi

Drew Buffardi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Account Marketing/Team Leader at Dynasty Marketing International. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of an Area Marketing Representative at Smart Circle International. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Drew then moved on to Randstad, where they served as a Sr. Staffing Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined National Recruiting Group as an Account Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Four Seasons Home Products. Their next position was a Human Resources Recruiter at CAMP Systems International, Inc. from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Candidate Experience Specialist at Altice USA before joining Lintech Components as an Account Manager in 2020. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sphere, where they are currently employed.

Drew Buffardi completed their Bachelor's Degree in History from the State University At Stony Brook from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Mt. Sinai High School where they obtained their High School diploma. Drew has also obtained certifications in Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company, Employer Branding certification from hirist.com, and Technical Recruiter from hirist.com, all in April 2023.
