Sphere exists to make physical commodities risk a shared, enforceable truth — before exposure is taken.

In global commodities markets, trust breaks when decisions are made at a distance from physical reality. Inventory, controls, and risk are inferred from documents and point-in-time checks — often after financing, trading, or insurance decisions are already committed.

Sphere changes this by anchoring where assets exist and what is stored there to physical reality, then enforcing verification before risk, credit, or trading decisions are relied upon.

This foundation is enforced through AI-driven risk models and a governed geospatial matrix that bind location, inventory, verification, and proof into a compounding proof graph anchored to the same physical source of truth.

Sphere does not replace, replicate, or digitise documents. Documents remain where they belong.

Instead, Sphere confirms the existence, relevance, and physical linkage of documents by binding them to verified location, inventory, and evidence — strengthening reliance without redistributing sensitive data.

We establish a single risk baseline, grounded in physical reality, that all participants can independently rely on. Risk only changes when reality changes.

Sphere is not a system of record.

It is the trust layer for physical commodities.
