Michelle Acaley has had a long and varied career in the education and technology industries. Michelle began their career in 2005 as an Associate in Assurance and Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. In 2008, they joined the NYC Teaching Fellows Program and was a Mathematics teacher at PS 187 in the NYC Department of Education. In 2011, they were a High School Algebra/Geometry Teacher at Perspectives/IIT Math & Science Academy. From 2012 to 2018, they held various positions at eSpark Learning, including Director of Enterprise Partnerships, Strategic Partnership Manager, and Director of Partner Success. In 2018, they joined Sphero as Sr. Director, Product and Content, where they lead efforts in the development of all Sphero's products and programs. Michelle also created new lines of business including professional development, curriculum, SAAS content, and accessories. Michelle launched Sphero's first ever paid content offering, Computer Science Foundations.
Michelle Acaley obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business in 2005, majoring in Accounting and Finance. Michelle then went on to earn an M.A. in Education from The City College of New York in 2010.
