Sphinx was founded by a group of professionals from the Special Operations, Intelligence, and Cyber Warfare communities. With decades of operational and leadership experience as Non-Commissioned and Commissioned Officers, our leadership is dedicated to achieving our clients’ missions while developing a motivated team of professionals. We distinguish ourselves through our company capabilities and culture, which is committed to the well-being of the Sphinx team and exceeding our clients’ expectations. The Sphinx Ethos demonstrate our prioritization of Mission First and having the right group of professionals, supported by the company, to achieve that mission.

Sphinx provides intelligence, security, and technical services to commercial and public sector clients. We specialize in technical intelligence services such as Cyber Counterintelligence, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Threat Emulation (Red Team) and cyber-related services such as Digital Forensics/Incident Response (DFIR), Threat Hunting, and Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO). In addition to those specialties, we provide multi-discipline intelligence, systems integration, software development, data science, technical engineering, and other enabling services.

Sphinx is unique due to our team and our culture. We prioritize the recruitment and retention of highly qualified, capable, and mature professionals who are passionate about the work they do. The qualities that make them great team members are reinforced and amplified through our culture, which is injected into every aspect of our organization and every decision made. For our clients, this means the services or products they receive are performed or engineered by motivated professionals constantly seeking to improve. All the while, they are backed by a company who is committed to doing the morally right thing and ensuring our clients’ expectations are exceeded.
