Powering Profits, Fueling Futures!

Sphinx is a modern, fuel-agnostic, internationally regulated 24/7 energy derivatives exchange built to energize the next generation of energy markets. We unify dated futures and perpetual contracts in a single venue with a single margin account, helping market participants manage risk more efficiently across time horizons.

Our platform combines institutional-grade execution through a centralized limit order book (CLOB) with fast, transparent settlement on a proprietary Layer 1 blockchain. Designed to support all energy commodities, Sphinx launches with U.S. Natural Gas (Henry Hub) and Power (ERCOT Hubs), with infrastructure built to carry power, gas, and future energy markets at global scale.
