Jonathan Colbert is a skilled double bassist currently performing with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and A Far Cry. Since 2005, they have been an orchestra member with the Fondation du Festival et Academie de Verbier and have served as a substitute bassist for several prestigious orchestras, including the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and The Philadelphia Orchestra. Jonathan is also the Principal Bass for the Sphinx Virtuosi and pursues a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance at the Manhattan School of Music. Previous education includes a graduate degree from The Juilliard School and a Bachelor of Music from the Manhattan School of Music.
