Bob Ripple

Bob Ripple is an experienced recruitment professional in the logistics industry with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the SPI Logistics Agent Recruitment Coordinator since June 2021, Bob previously worked as an Independent Agent Recruiter for Roadrunner Transportation Systems from September 2007 to December 2020, where responsibilities included establishing freight broker agents for an asset-based logistics brokerage. Prior to that, Bob served as an Independent Agent Recruiter at Matson, Inc. from March 1996 to September 2007, focusing on recruiting freight broker agents for an established logistics and 3PL company. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Youngstown State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
