Tom Kelderman

Tom Kelderman has extensive experience in facility management, with a career that spans various roles and organizations. Since January 2021, Tom has worked as a Contractbeheerder and Klantmanager at SPIE Nederland until November 2024. Previous positions include conducting research on management information systems at ISS Facility Services Nederland, contributing to the development of a database for Hugo Boss stores in the Benelux, and serving as an Onderhoudscoördinator at Strukton Worksphere. Additionally, Tom has held various internships in facility management and has been involved in workplace utilization research for the Gemeente Haarlemmermeer.
