Heidi Dietstein

Heidi Dietstein is a skilled winemaker with extensive experience in crafting premium and super premium red wines and Cap Classique. Currently serving as Senior Winemaker at Spier since October 2015, Heidi has a proven track record in the industry, having previously held the positions of Winemaker and Junior Winemaker at Boland Cellars from December 2009 to September 2015. Educational credentials include training at the Elsenburg Cape Institute for Agricultural Training from 2005 to 2007, with ongoing studies since 2009, and participation in a Traveling Winemaker program starting in 2008.
