We are Spikes - a Consumer Data company leveraging the power of Excitement Points®
Because companies that excite people, win. But customers are unimpressed: 80% of the companies say they are customer centric – only 8% of the customer agree.

But every now and then there are the rare and valuable moments where companies don’t just reach people or interest but excite them.

How we do it?
OUR EXCITEMENT SEARCH ENGINE. From the countless things companies do every day, our search engine finds the rare moments, that spike out of the sea of sameness. Where companies don't just reach people or interest them. But excite them. Over the last years, we built a cross industry database of more than 270.000 Excitement Points® that keeps on growing.

What you will get?

YOUR EXCITEMENT PROFILE: We discover the complete view on your company’s excitement profile. At which touchpoints your company excites people, with which emotions, and also where you don’t.

YOUR PATH TO EXCITEMENT. Our connected database gives us the power to not just analyse your excitement profile - but to change it. We discover the most valuable emotional territory and the hidden innovations that are proven to excite customers and improve your profile where it is most needed. And where it will have the biggest impact on your sales funnel.

YOUR CUSTOMER CENTRICITY ALERT. Your excitement performance is relative to your competition. And we will keep you up to date what they are doing. Where they find a new unseen way to excite people and win customers. And where you can beat them.
