Michael Døi

Michael Døi has extensive work experience in the field of legal advisory and operations management. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Legal at Spillerforeningen since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at the Counter-Strike Professional Players' Association from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for daily operations and played a crucial role in establishing the association as the first player-driven and democratic players' association in esports. Before that, they worked at Danske Elitesportsudøveres Forening, where they had two roles. Firstly, as a Legal Advisor from 2019 to 2020, where they focused on developing the Danish Esports Players' Association and provided legal advice for various sports in Denmark. Secondly, as a Chief Operations Officer from 2015 to 2019, where they led daily operations, negotiated CBAs for elite badminton players, and set up the first esports players' association in Denmark.
