Michael Døi has extensive work experience in the field of legal advisory and operations management. Michael currently holds the position of Head of Legal at Spillerforeningen since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at the Counter-Strike Professional Players' Association from 2018 to 2022, where they were responsible for daily operations and played a crucial role in establishing the association as the first player-driven and democratic players' association in esports.
